1. כללי

האתר BonaPic ("האתר", "אנחנו", "בוא נפיק") מחויב לשמירה על פרטיות והגנת המידע של המשתמשים, בהתאם לתקנות GDPR של האיחוד האירופי ולדינים החלים בישראל.

2. מהו GDPR?

ה-GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) הוא תקן אירופי שמטרתו להגן על פרטיות המידע האישי של משתמשים באינטרנט, ולתת שליטה רבה יותר למשתמשים על המידע שנאסף עליהם.

3. מידע שנאסף

• מידע שמוזן בטפסים באתר (כגון: שם, דוא"ל, טלפון).
• נתונים טכניים – כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, מיקום משוער, ועוד.
• מידע על שימוש באתר – דפים שנצפו, משך שהייה, פעולות.
